What does a review examine?
A review may examine business identity, website security, customer policies, contact transparency, reputation indicators, supporting evidence, and ongoing monitoring results.
Does the badge guarantee that a website is safe?
No. Verification reflects the evidence available at the time of review. It is not a guarantee of any transaction, product, seller, or future conduct. Always use secure payment methods and good judgment.
How can I check whether a business is verified?
Use the public search on our homepage. Search by business name, website address, or ScamShield verification ID, then open the public certificate profile.
Can any business buy a badge?
No. Applying or paying does not produce automatic approval. A badge is issued only after the required evidence is reviewed and the business is approved.
What happens if information changes?
Certification can be reviewed, suspended, or withdrawn if monitoring or new evidence materially changes the trust assessment.
Is the pilot free?
Yes. Approved pilot businesses receive a public verification profile and badge free for one full year, with no credit card and no obligation.
How does a business apply?
Complete the application on the homepage. The preliminary result helps prepare the case, but final certification requires evidence review and approval.

هل البرنامج التجريبي مجاني؟
نعم. تحصل الشركات المقبولة في البرنامج التجريبي على ملف توثيق عام وشارة مجاناً لمدة سنة كاملة، من دون بطاقة ائتمان أو أي التزام.
كيف تتقدّم الشركة بطلب؟
تملأ الشركة الطلب في الصفحة الرئيسية. تساعد النتيجة الأولية في تحضير الملف، لكن التوثيق النهائي يتطلب مراجعة الأدلة والموافقة عليها.
