Certification questions
Include the business name, website, and verification ID when available. A certification reflects evidence reviewed at a particular time and may change after monitoring.
Free pilot
The first 20 approved businesses receive a 12-month certification free, with no credit card and no automatic renewal. The pilot closes after 90 days or 20 approvals.
Privacy and corrections
Use the subject line “Privacy request” to request access, correction, withdrawal of optional consent, or deletion where applicable. Identity verification may be required.
Report misuse
Report copied badges, misleading certification claims, impersonation, or material changes. Include links and screenshots when safe.
